Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday).
- Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Rates
- Official Website Exclusive: We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $30.
- For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping fee $6 will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you can track your package directly through our website’s Track Order page or by clicking the link in your confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Battery Safety & Packaging
As specialists in power tool and electronics batteries, we take safety seriously. All SHENTEC products are:
- Securely packed in UN-certified packaging to ensure stability during transit.
- Compliant with international air and ground regulations for lithium-ion and Ni-MH batteries.
- Insulated at the terminals to prevent short circuits.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your shipment is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact our support team at sales@shentec.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
- P.O. Boxes: Some express carriers may have limitations on delivery to P.O. Boxes for certain battery sizes. We recommend providing a physical street address for the fastest service.
