Q:Do I need approval from my local grid operator before installation?

A:No grid operator pre-approval is required at all. The product complies with fully liberalized EU balcony PV & storage regulations. You only need to finish a simple short online registration form after self-installation, no complicated utility paperwork or inspection visits.

Q:What information do I need for online registration? How long does it take?

A:Only your address, meter number and device serial number are required. The whole registration process takes 3–5 minutes online, fully self-service without electrician assistance.

Q:Is this system legal in Germany/Austria/Netherlands/France/Belgium/Spain/Poland?

A:Yes. It meets VDE, CE, TÜV and relevant national plug-and-play balcony power standards across most European countries. The simplified registration rule applies to all mainstream EU residential markets.

Q:Can I install the whole set by myself? Do I need a certified electrician?

A:Complete self-installation is supported. The kit is plug-and-play with clear illustrated manuals; no professional electrician is mandatory. Only basic DIY tools are needed.

Q:Is it suitable for apartment renters? Do I need landlord permission?

A:It fits renters perfectly. The mounting brackets are non-destructive to balcony railings/walls, easy to remove when moving out. We still suggest you inform your landlord in advance as a courtesy.
